Community Health Worker (CHW Full time opening) We are excited to announce Asher Community Health Center (ACHC) is expanding our focused care with additional CHWs. The Community Health Worker (CHW) positions include a wide range of tasks and provide interesting variety throughout the day. CHWs are an important link between in-clinic Providers and patients where they live. This position focuses on the many ways ACHC can offer one-to-one assistance for our patients and their families. Training specific to the role of CHW will be provided. Successful applicants must have good communication skills, be detailed oriented, and be able to multitask efficiently.
