Columbia Basin Electric is pleased to announce the recipients of four $500 Billy Gentry Memorial Scholarships for 2024. The scholarships were awarded to Seniors in our service territory. Applications were accepted from each high school; Condon, Ione, Fossil and Heppner/Lexington.
