Arden Kent Meisner of Boardman (formerly of the Condon area) was born July 29, 1940 in Brunswick, Nebraska the son of Clifford and Ruth (Eyer) Meisner. He passed away at his home in Boardman on April 8, 2024 at the age of 83 years. At his request no services will be held. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
