City Council,

I would like to publicly acknowledge the outstanding community service provided by the Nazarene Church. Their recent and ongoing efforts to assist residents in the lower mobile home park have been truly commendable.

The church members have generously volunteered their time and resources to help haul off garbage and debris, yard maintenance, minor and sometimes major electrical repair...
